· Quality: We perform expert actuarial valuations of pensions using choices from a wide variety of methods and assumptions. We also prepare expert QDROs and other domestic relations orders using our own copyright protected QDRO language that is precise, unambiguous and understandable. Our QDROs are custom tailored and are not one-size-fits-all documents. Our QDROs also address potentially significant situations not usually covered in plan-provided model orders and QDROs produced elsewhere.

· Timeliness: We have developed a highly sophisticated system to capture all items necessary to prepare a valuation or an order and to produce it quickly and efficiently. If any necessary information is lacking, a request for missing items is automatically generated promptly. Our system automatically checks for circumstances that require special handling. Your valuation or order is prepared quickly and efficiently resulting in a very short turnaround time. Our typical turnaround is very fast, but for those special emergencies which occasionally arise, we can provide 72 hour turnaround for a modest extra fee.

· Convenience: We provide transmittal letters and mailing stickers for submitting QDROs to the opposing side and to the plan. Delivery options for completed QDROs and valuations include e-mail as a PDF attachment which can save approximately two days of mailing time.

· Value: The inherent efficiencies in our state of the art production system permit low fees for custom, expertly drafted orders and actuarial valuations. Because of the efficiencies in our production system, we credit $50 of any valuation fee against our already low fee for any orders we are asked to prepare on the same case.

· Complimentary Pre-Assignment Assistance: We provide free assistance in drafting appropriate award provisions for the judgment of divorce on any case where we are retained to prepare the order. Properly prepared judgment provisions help to avoid serious problems and expedites QDRO preparation.
